cygnus asterism  is a fortune teller and crystal shop owner living inside Solution Nine. he considered joining the arcadion, but refused to ever use a regulator. he follows astrology, and enjoys diving into the souls and pasts of those he meets.he's passively flirtatious and enjoys playful banter and sparring while hating small talk. ignore his overly deep quotes, they can be hard to understand.

emotional manipulation  cygnus can use his dynamis to manipulate the world around him and others, altering their emotional state if his are intense enough.emotional recall cygnus can see into the future and the past during particularly intense emotional experiences you have or will live through. he uses this ability to tell fortunes. these memories are however, based in the emotions surrounding them, and can be altered if not kept in check.emotional teleportation cygnus can shift his form to any place him or his sisters hold a close emotional connection to.

one of his twin sisters, and the one to be the most understanding to his plight. cygnus never tried to hurt her, believing demetria to be responsible for the fulfilment of their prophecy. their relationship still needs rebuilding just the same, however.

cygnus' arch rival turned into begrudging sister. cygnus made desperate attempts at killing demetria upon her entrance into heritage found, regretting that decision after finding out the truth. their relationship is fraught with arguments, but they learned to love each other as brother and sister, mostly by dilon's force.
